Is there a transfer facility from the hotel to the yacht station?
While we do not provide a transfer service, our dedicated team can readily assist in arranging one for you upon request.
What is the arrival time?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. To ensure timely embarkation, especially for special arrangements, arriving even earlier is advisable. Please note that the yacht will set sail punctually, and late arrival may result in non-refundable forfeiture of your payment.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Certainly! You are welcome to bring your preferred food and beverages. However, kindly note that it is your responsibility to provide all necessary catering equipment, such as plates, cutlery, and table covers. Nevertheless, we recommend entrusting your culinary needs to us, and with prior notice, we will ensure a delightful catering experience.

Are children allowed?
Absolutely! We extend a warm welcome to children on board. However, please be informed that our crew does not provide babysitting services, so parents or accompanying adults should attentively care for their children throughout the journey.
Are infants also counted as 1 pax?
Yes, infants are counted as occupants to maintain the yacht’s optimal stability and ensure a safe voyage.
Is swimming allowed?
During the daytime, you may enjoy a refreshing swim at designated safe locations.
Do we need our passport?
For boarding the yacht, any valid identity proof will suffice.
Is advance booking necessary?
To secure your preferred time slot, we highly recommend making an advance booking. The period between October and May marks the peak season for yacht charters, so booking at least 3 to 4 weeks ahead is advisable.
How do I make payments?
You can conveniently make payments online via our website or through the payment link sent to your WhatsApp. Alternatively, cash payments (AED or USD only) can be made at our booking office. Please note that a reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment.
