Transfer time from Expo City

GITEX has moved to Expo City Dubai this year, so plan the drive to Dubai Marina carefully. Allow up to an hour by road in evening traffic, and book a group transfer rather than relying on taxis at closing time. [We can arrange transfers on request. Confirm.]

Guest IDs

Every guest needs an original passport or Emirates ID to board at the marina. Send your guest list at least 24 hours before departure and remind delegates to carry their ID, not just their GITEX badge.

Dress code

Smart casual works. December evenings on the water get cool and breezy, so suggest a light jacket. Flat or soft-soled shoes are best on deck.
